What we collect

When you send a request we process your name, mobile number, email address, party address, chosen date and note. To protect against abuse we temporarily record your IP address.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the data only to answer your request, prepare an offer and carry out the rental (steps at your request before entering a contract and performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Distance check

To check whether the address is within the delivery area, the address you enter is sent to the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service, which converts it into coordinates. No other data is sent.

How long we keep data

We keep request data for 24 months after the rental date and then delete it, unless the law requires longer retention (e.g. invoices).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data and to object. Write to us at napuhanci@etaprijevodi.hr. You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
